The time I have spent working in Real Estate in the South Okanagan has been absolutely awesome! I have successfully completed over 550 transactions, this is a huge number that I am very grateful to have achieved. I'm not telling you this to brag however I want you to know that when it comes to negotiating strategy, contract writing and having strong contacts within the industry I have a wealth of experience and knowledge. Previous to real estate I spent a little more than a decade working with Big White Ski Resort in a very unique roll which allowed me to work with all aspects of this multifaceted business that's rated as one of Canada's top ski resorts. My career there was largely focused in sales, marketing and guest experience, skills that have proven valuable in my real estate career. Big White Ski Resort allowed me to have a roll that educated me on many different aspects of business and business operations which I cannot thank them enough for. I also spent time as a contractor, mainly doing small renovations and repairs however did include some start to finish builds. This often helps me identify potential issues with properties early.

My passion for real estate is motivated by my enjoyment of working with people. The opportunity to help clients, friends and family alike to get the results they need, and to achieve their goals in real estate drives me. I obtained the highest level of ski instructor, an internationally recognized "Level 4", given to a single digit percentage of ski professionals in the world! This attests to my drive for excellence and achievement.
