Dan Jones

Dan combines his passion for real estate with a strong commitment to ongoing education. He holds a diploma in Business Administration from Okanagan University College, along with certifications as a Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and e-PRO® Internet Marketing Specialist.

Before entering real estate in 2004, Dan spent nearly 20 years as a Journeyman Carpenter, contributing to a wide range of projects including custom home construction, renovations, and commercial builds. One of the most notable projects he was involved in was Toronto’s iconic SkyDome, an experience that speaks to the depth of his hands-on industry knowledge.

Today, Dan is an active REALTOR® with Royal LePage Locations West in Penticton, BC, where he leads his team while working closely with buyers and sellers every day. He believes that education is a key part of his role—not only guiding his clients through the process but also supporting the professional development of fellow agents.

Dan’s dedication and performance have earned him numerous accolades, including Platinum, Diamond, and Gold awards, along with a 10-Year Achievement Award recognizing a decade of consistent excellence. He has also been a proud member of the local Chamber of Commerce since 2004.

His client-focused approach includes added-value services such as access to a customer moving van, professional photography, drone videography, and connections to trusted tradespeople. Dan embraces technology and social media as essential tools in today’s real estate landscape, staying active across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube while continually expanding his expertise in digital marketing, client service, and business growth.

Deeply committed to his community, Dan is a longtime supporter of the SPCA and has raised thousands of dollars through initiatives like his annual Pumpkin Giveaway and participation in the Paws for a Cause walk.

Born and raised in Aldergrove, BC, on his family’s poultry farm, Dan learned the value of hard work at an early age—starting with collecting eggs at just five years old. He brought that work ethic with him when he moved to the Okanagan in 1991, where he now lives in Penticton with his wife. Outside of real estate, Dan is an avid motorsports enthusiast and enjoys skiing, golf, and hiking.
