In 2013, Doug's team of Realtors expanded to include his daughter Danielle and later his son Jesse. Jesse Chapman: Before following his father into real estate and joining Team Chapman, Jesse spent 10 years as an independent contractor. With his skills in carpentry, along with bathroom and kitchen renovations, Jesse gained plenty of first hand experience dealing with flipping homes, budgeting renovations and negotiations with customers. His time spent working in residential construction has given Jesse plenty of contacts in the industry which he is more than happy to share with clients. Danielle Chapman: Danielle spent nearly 15 years working closely with her father in the real estate industry before becoming a licensed Realtor in February of 2018. Her extensive experience working alongside her father has given Danielle unique insight into how to help achieve her client's realty goals.
