Born on the beautiful West Coast of British Columbia, Al now feels fortunate to call the South Okanagan home. With more than 32 years of experience specializing in real estate sales throughout Peachland, Summerland, Penticton, Naramata, Okanagan Falls, Kaleden, and Oliver, Al brings a wealth of knowledge to every transaction. His sharp negotiating skills, unwavering commitment to his clients, and genuine desire to help people achieve their real estate dreams have earned him a reputation for exceptional service.

Before beginning his real estate career in 1994, Al gained valuable customer service experience as an in-flight service specialist for the airlines, providing the foundation for his client-first approach.

Having called the Okanagan home for more than 25 years and raised four children here, Shannon can't imagine a better place to live, raise a family, and enjoy everything this beautiful region has to offer.

The people she meets are the most rewarding part of her career. She considers it a privilege to get to know her clients, understand their goals, and help turn their dreams into reality. After nearly 20 years in real estate, Shannon still loves what she does.

To complement her real estate career, Shannon completed extensive training in home staging and earned the designation of Certified Staging Professional™. She continues to update her expertise to stay current with today's staging trends and techniques, combining that knowledge with her passion for home décor, renovations, and home improvement.
